around the time i first got admin powers in Collective i was shown by Ave (i think) how to bind a command like admin_csay is a way that it opens a chat like the one that we normally type in t talk to each other.
well with the help of one of my APG buddys (Dome or Derek... forgot) i was able to remember it. it does like this:
bind "1" "admin_saymode"
putting mode at the end is crucial. we realized this by looking at the bound commands (which i didn't know about until he told me about it) in the FA folder. the file is config.cfg
if i left anything out (probably did) ask here and i will tell.
